TST Partners was founded in 1990. The firm has been built on providing accounting and business services to a wide spectrum of clients including corporations, trusts, individuals, and superannuation funds.
Our accounting & taxation department offers a broad spectrum of services from preparing tax returns and company financial statements to providing business and taxation advice across many industries. Our clientele covers a wide spectrum of the community ranging from individuals and small businesses to large multinational companies. Our experience and knowledge expand beyond traditional tax compliance and financial reporting, as we offer advice in many other areas such as corporate finance, business valuations and management consulting.
The corporate finance arm of TST Partners is TST Capital, where we specialise in providing corporate advisory services to companies wishing to access capital markets in Australia and the United States. Our specialty is providing advice on capital raisings through an IPO on the ASX, NASDAQ and NYSE. In particular we focus on providing dual listing services to ASX listed companies to undertake further capital raisings, broaden shareholder base, increase liquidity and market capitalisation by listing on a US exchange (NASDAQ, NYSE & NYSE AMEX).
